Eighteen housemates will enter the Big Brother house when the tenth series begins tomorrow night, according to The Sun.
If correct, it would be the highest number of contestants to take part in a series of the show from the beginning, beating the current record of sixteen set during Big Brother 9 last year.
The red-top also claims that producers are going all-out to encourage ‘romping’ in the house this year by picking sixteen singletons to take part, with only the other two in a relationship.
Bosses are said to hope that a new ‘cosmopolitan’ feel in the show will ’spice things up’.
A ’source’ said: “This year we really want lots of steamy sex.
“And having people from countries which aren’t quite as reserved as Britain might help to smooth it along.”
Yesterday, the paper claimed that actor Graham Winstone-Peters and his fiancee Ivy Pink, who have appeared in other reality shows, are on this year’s line-up.
