Bea has decided not to participate in the new housemates’ secret mission after forming a friendship with Halfwit.
On Friday, Bea and her fellow newbies David, Hira, Kenneth and Tom were set a task, for which they must ensure that Halfwit and Noirin are nominated for eviction this week to save themselves from the public vote.
However, this morning she revealed that she wasn’t willing to particpate further in the challenge.
Talking to Tom at the bus stop, she said: “I’m not doing it, it goes against morals.”
“But Halfwit won’t go though, so it doesn’t matter,” Tom replied, encouraging her to continue. “It’s a game show, the whole point of being here is to embrace it.”
Bea shook her head in disagreement.
“It would be good to try and achieve what they’ve set us,” continued Tom.
“I can’t do it. I don’t like that cos I get on with Freddie. It’s all on my shoulders,” she repeated. “You do what you want. You crack on. I’m not losing a friendship to manipulate a situation. It’s not my task to do.”
“It’s all our task,” said David in passing.
Tom tried to convince her again in the bedroom moments later, where a vocal Kenneth joined in the discussion.
“What, so you’re not going to pull your weight?” he asked.
“No, I’m not going to pull my weight at all,” responded Bea.
“We have something to do and you’re basically washing your hands of it?” Kenneth retorted as Bea looked on.
Nominations are taking place this afternoon. Will they pass their task?
