The last round of nominations caused tension in the house yesterday, with some housemates refusing to take part.
At around 2.15pm, Charlie was called to the Diary Room, where Big Brother surprised him by asking him to nominate. However, he failed to do so, automatically putting himself up for eviction as a result.
“I’m up for eviction this week. They’ve just told us to nominate. I just couldn’t do it,” he said when he returned.
The news left the others in disbelief and prompted heated debates about whether or not to nominate. David was then called to the Diary Room, and returned to tell everyone he had voted.
“Who did you nominate?” asked Charlie.
“I’m not saying,” replied David. “If you want to do it, just do what you want guys. It’s your own choice. I came into this house and said I’m not going to break a rule.”
Lisa was called next, and despite saying she wouldn’t nominate, she did.
“It’s Big Brother rules, I’ve always nominated,” she said.
However, an angry Rodrigo retorted: “You both said you wouldn’t nominate and then now you both do the opposite. Now we three will have to go and nominate.”
Big Brother continued to call housemates, and Rodrigo decided to nominate, but Siavash and Sophie followed Charlie’s lead and refused.
“I said I’ve got reasons for nominating people if I want to, but I don’t want to,” revealed Siavash.
“I want to go up,” added Sophie.
However, the nominations arguments continued throughout the night, and Charlie, Rodrigo, Siavash and Sophie even considered leaving the house.
“I don’t know if I want to be part of this anymore,” said a frustrated Charlie.
