The lovely Davina hosts the live eviction shows at 9pm and 10.30pm tonight on Channel 4. You can follow the events as they happen right here - refresh the page for our latest updates, which will appear at the bottom of the list.

- 8.22pm: Welcome to our live updates for tonight!
- 8.31pm: Bosses have introduced a new interview format for evictions this series. Haven’t heard about it yet? Where have you been - find out more here!
- 8.36pm: So, who do you want to leave tonight? Halfwit - a.k.a. Freddie - or Sophia? Tell us in a comment below and vote in our sidebar poll!
- 8.47pm: Quick betting update now, and Sophia is 1/50 favourite to go with bookies Paddy Power, whilst Freddie is behind her at 10/1. Will the odds change before the lines close?
- 8.50pm: “Tonight the gloves are off and it’s all guns blazing as this lot get their hands on the first proper evicted housemate!” says Davina as she plugs the show on Channel 4. Ten minutes to go!
- 8.57pm: “The Tory boy anarchist vs. the feisty no-nonsense pocket rocket hobbit. Big Brother in just under three minutes!” — Davina plugs the show again at the end of A Place In The Sun.
- 9.00pm: “It’s Halfwit vs. Pint-sized. Eviction time is here!” - Davina opens the show.
- 9.01pm: Davina begins the show by recapping Beinazir’s eviction and the events of this week.
- 9.02pm: A member of the crowd is waving a banner saying “WE WANT 24HR COVERAGE!”
- 9.02pm: To evict Halfwit call 09016 16 16 05, or to evict Sophia call 09016 16 16 14. Calls cost 35p with BT, other networks and mobiles may vary, lines close later in the show.
- 9.03pm: The first batch of highlights of yesterday’s action begins.
- 9.06pm: Yesterday’s nominations punishment discussion is now being shown on the highlights. Oo-err - we’re about to see Sophia and Saffia’s umpteenth showdown!
- 9.15pm: The first part of the show ends with Davina on the stage wearing four pairs of sunglasses imitating Sophia.

- 9.19pm: Back from the break with Davina standing in a camera tower.
- 9.20pm: Davina recaps the phone numbers, which you can see above.
- 9.21pm: Davina says “If Big Brother replaces Saffia, lets hope its’ with someone called Judith” whilst doing a joke about her and Sophia’s similar names. Could this be a hint?
- 9.21pm: Round number 2 of tonight’s highlights begins with Big Brother calling Saffia to the Diary Room.
- 9.28pm: On the highlights, Saffia has just confirmed that she is sure she wants to leave the house.
- 9.31pm: Saffia has been called back to the Diary Room for the final time.
- 9.32pm: Another highlights update: Saffia has just left the Big Brother house. The housemates are having dinner.
- 9.35pm: Davina has just rounded off the second part of the first show.

- 9.39pm: Davina introduces us to the third part of the show by recapping the phone numbers.
- 9.40pm: Tonights’ third batch of highlights begin.
- 9.43pm: On the highlights, Cairon is having an argument with Sree.
- 9.45pm: The line have now closed. Please do not call as your vote won’t count but it may still be charged.
- 9.45pm: Davina cuts to commercials.

- 9.49pm: Davina welcomes us to part four by telling us the counters and verifiers are now counting and verifying the votes.
- 9.50pm: The final block of highlights from yesterday begins with the fallout from Cairon and Sree’s argument.
- 9.54pm: Davina is now in the studio.
- 9.55pm: Davina is talking to the housemates in the lounge.
- 9.55pm: Davina has announced that the second person to be evicted from the Big Brother house is Sophia.
- 9.56pm: The show ends with live feed from the house.
- 9.58pm: Join us at 10.30pm for live coverage of Sophia’s eviction and interview with Davina and guests Dom Joly and Judi James!

- 10.20pm: “You had a big problem with little Sophia and you’ve decided to kick her out,” Davina reminds us as she promotes the second show during a break in 8 Out Of 10 Cats.
- 10.36pm: “Stand back! The pocket rocket hobbit is ready for lift off!” says Davina as show two kicks off.
- 10.37pm: A VT package covering the reaction to the eviction announcement from the last half hour is now being broadcast.
- 10.39pm: Davina is back in the studio to talk to the house.
- 10.39pm: Sophia is saying her goodbyes to her fellow housemates in the lounge.
- 10.40pm: Sophia leaves the lounge to head for the front door. The other housemates are chanting “Sophia! Sophia! Sophia!” from the lounge.
- 10.40pm: Sophia is heading up the stairs in the hallway.
- 10.41pm: Sophia leaves the house to a loud chorus of boos from the crowd outside.
- 10.41pm: Sophia meets Davina, who leads her down the catwalk for her press photos. The screen is displaying the words “Sophia” and “Evicted”.
- 10.42pm: “You decided to give the little housemate with the big mouth the big heave ho,” says Davina as the first part of the show ends.

- 10.46pm: Davina welcomes us to the second part of the show.
- 10.46pm: A desk has been added to the studio. Davina has been sitting behind it in the middle, with Sophia on her left and guests Dom Joly and Judi James on her right.
- 10.48pm: Davina is now interviewing Sophia. We’ll have highlights from the interview available later.
- 10.50pm: Davina asks Dom if he thinks the right person went.
- 10.51pm: Judi is quizzed by Davina on what she thought of Sophia’s strategy.
- 10.53pm: Sophia is being shown a VT about her conflicts with Saffia.
- 11.00pm: Sophia is now being shown her best bits.
- 11.02pm: Davina thanks Sophia, Dom and Judi and rounds off the show. It cuts to live feed from the lounge.
- 11.03pm: The show is now over, but you can turn over to E4 now for Big Brother’s Big Mouth with Davina and her guests Sophia, and Saffia. In the same room. At the same time. Really. Thanks for reading!
