Karly was set her Birthday Week task yesterday, taking on ex-Big Brother 7 housemate Nikki Grahame at the silent disco.

Nikki went in to the house through the task room and immediately started screaming and jumping for joy around the garden, before running in to the lounge to meet her new opponent and give her a giant hug.

“You don’t understand how weird it feels! Like, three years! It is so unreal!” she beamed after calming down a bit.

“I’m so glad I got you,” Karly said. “I was like, ‘please be Nikki or Pete’!”

“You wanted Pete?” sighed Nikki, sounding a bit crestfallen. Karly clarified that she wanted her or Pete, before she was asked why. “I dinnae ken,” she said.

“What does dear ken mean?” asked a confused Nikki, before she was informed it is Scottish for ‘I don’t know’.

Nikki then pressed for a more definite answer to her question. “I didn’t think you’d come,” Karly told her.

“Aw, of course I’d come!” squealed Nikki before the two hugged again.

Talk soon turned to the other housemates. “I cannot stand Marcus,” Nikki said, with Karly squealing in agreement. “Rodrigo’s been getting a bit shirty recently,” she continued.

“But yeah, I can’t stand Marcus. He actually thinks he’s the most gorgeous man ever! I can’t understand why he’s lasted this long. Someone needs to cut his hair when he’s asleep. Why hasn’t anyone said anything to him about being so hairy? If he was nice, it wouldn’t matter.”

“But he’s vulgar, I’m glad someone agrees with me. Grotty pig,” Karly replied.

They then discussed the task. “Last time I did this there were three songs and they just repeated and repeated,” Nikki pointed out.

“I don’t like this blindfold business,” Karly said, with Nikki deciding it was a good opportunity to ‘close my eyes’.

Big Brother soon gave the go-ahead and the task started. “Oh no, it’s the same ****** songs!” moaned Nikki.

When the klaxon sounded to signal the end, Karly removed her blindfold, unaware that Nikki had given up and left twenty minutes earlier. Therefore, she won her part of the birthday shopping task.

i like how every ex housemate that comes in has said something that could stir up trouble- i hope that karly tells rodrigo and marcus that nikki doesn’t like them because they will think that’s representative of the whole country which will get them paranoid. Makosi and craig last night were funny it just shows that it was the housemates that made bb6 one of the best series.

Completely agree - BB6 is still my favourite and Makosi has always been one of my top HMs. I’d forgotten too how funny Craig could be - his bunny boiler persona kind of overshadowed that.

I can’t wait for Rex to go in - BB9 was my favorite, especially with the electric shock task…can’t wait for that! :D
