Nominations discussion allowed
Big Brother relaxes the rules
nominations-discussion-allowed

Housemates are now openly allowed to discuss nominations after Big Brother decided to relax the rules.

Yesterday Bea and Dogface continued to break Big Brother rules by discussing nominations. Big Brother has decided to take action. From this afternoon, Housemates will be permitted to openly discuss nominations, past, present and future.

This information was revealed to the house moments ago. Marcus and Halfwit reacted by laughing. Other Housemates seemed less sure about this development.

Rodrigo was upset by this announcement and blamed Halfwit and Marcus for breaking the rules. He immediately went into the Diary Room to talk to Big Brother.

David said that he would not talk about his past nominations but after a bit of goading from Marcus told him “I have nominated you every time”.

So far Housemates have mainly discussed past nominations; Siavash has reeled of a list of who he had nominated and when. Halfwit has explained his method for nominating but has not revealed who he has nominated in the past.

So far Housemates have not formed pacts or discussed strategy on who to nominate when nominations begin later today. Although Marcus said to the house “if anyone wants my votes for a bribe I will vote for who you want”.

this will have a big impact for a small while but they should put the rules back in place after a couple of weeks i think

Jesus christ are we watching Big Brother or the Big Hairy twat Marcus show- once again his flagrant disregard for the rules has not been brought to task! Why is everyone punished for his selfish behaviour? He should be put up for eviction every week and made to pick one of his “friends” to go up alongside him- that would soon stop all of his shit! Marcus or cocky Halfwit to definitely go this week!

marcus is the only one to stand up and do something in that house they are all boring
i would rather listen to marcus than watch lisa david bea smoking at the bus stop the others do nothing so for once we have someone who is bringing something to the house
if it wasnt for marcus i dont think i would bother watching

So BB gives victory to Marcus.

Just when you think the producers decisions can’t get any worse, they somehow do. It just makes a mockery of the whole thing.

And for the record, I’ve long said the noms rule should be relaxed due to it being open to interpretation, but it needs to be handle properly, not by producers scared of their housemates after weeks of putting up who they like because of the rule.

No doubt though it’s yet another lame twist for producers to fix the nominations this week. BB will see who talks tactics, and then turn round and put them up for eviction. And if so, that’s a poor lazy excuse of a twist - bargain basement compared to the excellently executed “lies” twist which affected nominations back in BB6.

“Making it up as they go along” would be the words I would use, Brekkie

Another step towards crowning the obnoxious and unpleasant winner they want

Who goes and wins they decide, stuff what we want or think

Whats the point in this?

ivy says: August 10, 2009 @ 4:21 pm

Im not going to bother to vote from now on as BB have made it clear that they decide who they want to win by pandering to Marcus and Halfwit. Anyone who now wastes money voting is stoopid!

JoJo says: August 10, 2009 @ 4:40 pm

I agree Ivy- if either Marcus (hairy twat) of halfwit (cocky letch) win i will be gutted and never watch the show again! This year a few people have completely ruined the show and provided all of the bullets for people who want to slate the show! To be honest i couldnt care less now who wins ;0(

I think we knew BB were not bothered when it first started, The few thousand + actually watching the true fans could see that BB have not been in charge of this year, the whole ethos of the show has gone. I just feel so annoyed and let down that a show capable of being brilliant and entertaining and funny and rivetting veiwing can be brought down to this level by incompetent producers. I knew when dermot left BBLB that he got out because as series 8 continued he saw the cracks and BB trying to spin the show. George has proved that its a farse, he trys to make the show sound like it was in the past but its not, so he looks a total idiot and the show has stupid games to fill the slots rather than what it should be which is a fans review and update show, they can’t even trust real fans to be on the show via telephone scared of what people would say live. Breaking news clips which are not breaking news really.

This stunt is just another “hands up in the air” give up stunt of big brother production crew because they do not know what to do, BB can’t take control they don’t know how to. Zero tolerance for rule breaking, should be removal without any after show involvement either on BBLB BBBM or even davina just sent home, end of. This lot were nobodies when they went in and they will leave as nobodies when they come out because they have contributed to the down fall of BB. As a fan of the original consept of UK BB I can’t forgive either BB producers, channel 4 or the housemates for ruining OUR UK BB.

I really hope sky or virgin get the contract and employ new staff and reinstate the original BB of BB1, BB2 and BB3 they were the best it has gone down hill since, as soon as BB started to try and manipulate completely how the fans watched and voted.

big brother is now using wrong tactics, the house is not abiding by the rules its all a mess should anyone win really- i think rodrigo should win he has never brokn any rules. this game is now silly- big brother wake up before its too late

I have watched every BB every year and must say that 2009 has been the worst yet. Marcus said sometime back something on the lines of “What if the programme has been taken off air and we are all just passing our time away in here”. I’m sure viewing figures must be the worst yet. Davina’s efforts as a comedian are embarrassing - Caution - bail out now before you sink.

After the mistake that was last week ( the producers were devastated that yet another ‘non white’ contestant went last week. They now realise Marcus or Halfwit or both must be ejected if they are to save the programme. After this eviction they should se the american rules with a head of House etc with the public only voting for who should get immunity. The producers have made a real hash of this show..why did they allow Halfwit to continually refer to the BB house as ‘the studio’ they should have booted him out very quickly as they should Marcus. Oh dear…

having watched tonight i have such respect for Bea because she knows when its a game and when its serious issues and she states it quite clearly. she is not two faced at all, she is so straight forward she does not just follow like blind sheep. she has given freddie good advice you know and freddie is foolish and blind. keep it up bea i now want to be a hippie i was diacouraged from being one by how it appeared at first.

marcus and siavash are stupid and not clever, they do not have any morals and think good tv is about being rebelious which is not the idea. they need a life and need to learn to think things through before jumping into things.

do you know in lot of ways lisa is respectable the way i see it now. it goes to show that time is the tool to analyse things deeply. time has basically shown us who is worth our two pennies.

bea to win bea to win

karen says: August 10, 2009 @ 11:47 pm

Bea is sooo two faced, she was up last week but lucky 4 her everyone else as put up, she`s now keeping in with the people she thinks nominated her to se her skin tis week. Almost swithed of the other day listening to her go on and on and zzzzzz

ivy says: August 11, 2009 @ 12:32 am

How can anyone say Bea is not two faced. For practically the whole of both programmes on Saturday and Sunday she ranted and raved about Lisa and Dave. She even went into the Diary room with Halfwit and was extremely rude about Dave’s intelligence and the fact that Lisa was still in. Then when Charlie had a go at halfwit and said that he was always dissing Lisa she denied it and now that halfwit and marcus are not fooled by her anymore whose shoulder did she cry on? Dave’s. How’s that for being a two-faced gameplanner!!!

Hey all , i have a bebo group for Big Brother , the nominations are in on it !!!!

ivy says: August 11, 2009 @ 12:38 am

Also, she has turned on and bitched about everybody in the house (with the possible exception of Rodrigo and Sophie). I think she has suddenly realised that maybe shes not with the popular crowd anymore and is trying to distance herself. Shes the most scheming, coniving, lying miserable, patronising cow that’s ever been on BB but because she is articulate and seen as posh she gets away with it!

girakelly says: August 11, 2009 @ 1:02 am

wel yes there is a degree of being two faced like anyone else in there but i must say today i have seen a side of her that has come acros as sensible. whats the point of sticking with the three when they are just breaking the rules in the wrong way. bea is obviously picking up the right spirit now. those three men are pathetic. i am now sold out for bea in all ways. i admire people who cahnge for the better. its better to lose the money because you were picking up some goodness and you were picking up good morals.there is emptiness in the three men its all selfishness and disruptiveness. its enjoyable to an extent but it can not be a way of life. keep it up bea

girakelly says: August 11, 2009 @ 1:07 am

they are talking about only two weeks left. i like the fact that they sense that there is no way they willbbe winners themselves and they want to spoil it for the others. they are losers and they have no manners.i will be gutted if any of them wins the money.

Ivan says: August 11, 2009 @ 1:07 am

Marcus and Halfwit are up for eviction

JoJo says: August 11, 2009 @ 8:59 am

Fair play to Bea last night- as im not her number 1 fan i will at least give credit where credit is due…she fairly rattled halfwit by calling him on his marcus ass licking antics last night! They behaved like idiots in the diary so much so that it was cringe worthy…If Marcus doesnt give f**k about BB like he keeps protesting then why the bloody hell is he there and not jumped over the wall like the others (he has helped!)? The only person to take him to task last night was Dogface- and even tho she doubts herself in what she is saying, she is the only decent girl in there. Halfwit is too big for his boots now so hopefully he goes swiftly followed by that ape Marcus

Brekkie says: August 11, 2009 @ 11:31 am

Re: Nominations - no confirmation official or otherwise yet. Based on what the HMs have told each other, they think Marcus and Halfwit will be up for eviction.

However, meddling producers are surely now to decide to put up all the HMs again for “discussing nominations”, in order to save their chosen two.

AndyC says: August 11, 2009 @ 12:09 pm

I know i have said this a few times recently on this site but i think the past few bb eps have been really good the best since bb7 its frustrating that not as many people are watching it nowadays i think if it started with the 6 million bb used to receive it would have still maintained those ratings.

If marcus and halfwit are up for eviction please evict halfwit it will shock him- he is too cock sure as lisa would say and he needs to go. Marcus is annoying too but he will be up for eviction a few times before the final so we got plenty of time to get him out.

AndyC says: August 11, 2009 @ 12:14 pm

Also, bb should have an online poll to decide what the punishment should be for the continual rule breaking by marcus, freddie and siavash. I don’t mind siavash he at least showed some guilt last night for what he did but freddie and marcus have broken the rules too many times. We should be able to decide whether they should be kicked out or not, without an eviction or interview and they shouldn’t get invited back for finale night just so they know what idiots they are!

ivy says: August 11, 2009 @ 1:46 pm

If all hms go up again I wont be voting as it will be a deliberate attempt by bb to save marcus and halfwit once again. If its true that marcus and halfwit are up I will definitely be voting for halfwit who thinks he is bulletproof and has turned into a self-promoting arrogant bully since Bea arrived.
