The housemates gained another prize fund increase today after ranking themselves in various orders for the latest task.
Earlier, Big Brother called David - who turned 29 today - to the Diary Room, where he was told that he would be given the opportunity to win ’substantial’ amounts of money for the prize as a ‘birthday treat’.
Meanwhile, the others were gathered in the garden, where four podiums numbered one to four had been set up.
On Big Brother’s instruction, Charlie, Rodrigo, Siavash and Sophie had to rank themselves in a series of categories, and stand on the podiums in order. David’s job was to guess who had been ranked most and least each time, earning £10,000 for each correct answer.
The first category was viewer popularity. “”I should’ve stood in the ******* Bus Stop,” joked Siavash.
Rodrigo insisted he should be third, to which Sophie replied: “You’re not number three Roddy!”
“Let’s just stay where we are – it will be fine. Trust me, it should be Charlie, Rodrigo, Sophie, then me,” said Siavash.
“But that’s what you think, not what I think,” snapped Rodrigo.
They settled on Charlie as most popular and Siavash as least. However, David guessed Rodrigo for most and Sophie for least, failing the first category.
Next, they rated themselves in order of fakeness. “Fake? What do they mean by that, boobs?” asked Charlie.
“No, fake would be personality,” answered Siavash.
They chose Siavash as most fake and Charlie as least, but David again failed, guessing Sophie and Rodrigo.
Three more categories - gameplans, selfishess, and most deserving winner - followed David managed to correctly predict four results, netting £40,000 for the prize fund, which now stands at £61,320.
This morning, David received a letter from his ‘idol’, fashion icon Vivienne Westwood, as a birthday present. A party will be thrown for him later.
