Rodrigo has been informed that he didn’t meet the real Queen yesterday as this week’s shopping task drew to a close.
For his part in the task, he went to tea with an impersonator of Her Majesty, while the others had to convince him that she was real. He had been fooled, until he was later called to the Diary Room to be told he had met a lookalike.
He took the news well and saw the funny side of the prank.
As he had been successfully convinced that he had met the real Queen, the group earned five tokens and individual prizes for each housemate.
While in the Diary Room, Rodrigo was given his prize — a response to his letter from the Queen’s office and a genuine Royal Collection mug.
The group also swapped one of the tokens for fish and chips and some alcohol.
Meanwhile, Marcus recieved his prize today - a bag of fanmail and one hour’s use of a camera for him to take new publicity photos, after he had complained about the one that was taken before he entered the house.
