If any of this is true it raises several issues/observations in my mind :-

1) Why was his application rejected ? Havent heard of many cases a student Visa extension is rejected unless they have done something wrong thats come to the attention of the authorities. Thus the production crew as a result propbably thought extension was a formality.

2) Why has it taken 5 Months + to come to this decision ? I presonally doubt it was end of January the extension was applied for.

3) Another example of production crew making their lives more difficult than needs be in IMHO. Why pick Housemates that arent British Subjects and thus leave themselves open to these problems ?

If Sree is in the country on a student visa only,why is he in the house thats not being a student. Send him back anyway hes gettin on my nerves stalking noirin all the time gives me the creaps.

Scree is brill, keep him in and leave him alone, I wanted Cairon out because he wasn’t entertaining, he was moody, aggressive and boring, Scree might be a pain but you must admit there’s never a dull moment when he’s around.

If they are here on Student Visas they are usually allowed to work part time and in the holidays but it does vary I believe. Its also debatable if this is work as such been a contestant.

As I posted before I think a bigger issue is why did they refuse this extension in first place ? Its very unusual from what Ive seen unless they have done something wrong that authoriites have found out about.
