Ivana, Sisqo and Stephen will face Friday’s double eviction after housemates nominated against the clock earlier.
During tonight’s second live show, the celebrities went to the Diary Room one by one in alphabetical order, where Big Brother gave them each 30 seconds to make their nominations.
Ivana recieved five nominations, Stephen got 4 and Sisqo got 3.
