Nicola and Sov learned they had been nominated for eviction tonight – through messages inside fortune cookies.
Earlier, the housemates were treated to a slap-up Chinese Takeaway complete with wine. However, as the housemates finished their feast, Big Brother told them to remain at the dining table.
Stephen then collected a box of fortune cookies labelled with housemates’ names from the hatch – and he immediately suspected something was up.
“Oh no, no, no! They ‘got names on ‘em!” he exclaimed.
The housemates took turns to read out their fortunes – and it was soon time for Sov to reveal hers.
“Aww, piss! Great misfortune – you have been nominated for eviction and will face the public vote,” she said.
“Ohhh, it’s nominations!” replied Dane.
Nicola’s turn soon followed. “Aww, I’ve got a red one,” she sighed.
“Dun dun dun!” Sisqo uttered, before Nicola read out the same message Sov had. She then high-fived her opponent over the table.
Meanwhile, the others got words of wisdom.
Stephanie’s said ‘A diamond with a flaw is worth more than a pebble without imperfections’, while Ivana’s was: ‘If you are patient in a moments anger you will save escape a hundred days of sorrow.’
Dane was told ‘A man with one chopstick goes hungry’, while Jonas had ‘Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still.’
