‘Thong Song’ singer Sisqo has become the fifth celebrity to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house this series.
After saying his goodbyes to the remaining seven, he left the house to the warmest reception from the crowd so far, with almost unanimous cheers. He recieved 29% of the public vote.
Discussing his eviction in the studio with Davina, he said: “Hey, you know either way. If I was in the house, it’s pretty hard with Vinnie being a national hero, so it would have been tough.
“So in or out, I had a blast and I’m glad to have been a part of it.
“I thought everybody would have nominated me. I don’t know, I was hoping it was strategic and they thought I was a threat. I hope it wasn’t something stupid.”
He was quizzed on his recent rift with Vinnie, saying: “It seemed like he was unofficial leader of the house.
“It seemed like double standards when it came to the rules, when it came to food distribution he would give more to Alex… it seemed like he had his own rules for whoever his favourite was.
“He even broke the rules of the house. He’s a little bossy but I felt like it worked for the house in the beginning.
“I didn’t want to make waves, but by the fifth day I started to feel like I was looked over – every time I’d come in the room he’d walk out back.”
On his determination to win, he said: “Everybody wants to win. Nobody really says it too often, so I let it be known I wanted to win. I think Vinnie might end up taking it at the end.”
He added: “I had a fantastic experience. I learned a lot about myself.”
